Our piece is depicting the moon in a candy cloud painted sky with stars and two goddesses appearing before you. From the start we knew our composition would include the moon and two goddesses. We decided to make the goddesses resemble us so Moon Goddesses is a self portrait of sorts. We both love colorful works of art and that's what inspired us to use such a vibrant variety of hues. When it comes to size my philosophy is to always go big! This collaboration could not have come at a better time. I wanted to meet new artists to work with and show love to! We were able to complete this piece after 3 days of focused work together. Each session went for about 6 hours. It was an honor to work with Black Lotus and I hope we can paint together again soon.
